OUTCOMES

  • Support students in their academic success by coordinating and assessing academic support initiatives, programs, and courses.
  • Expand cohesive, accessible, evidence-based academic support and strengthen collaboration across colleges and departments to meet the needs of undergraduate students and the institution.
  • Identify barriers to student learning and success and coordinate campus-wide partnerships to promote effective learning
  • Contribute to the rich landscape of campus high impact practices and mentoring through peer mentoring opportunities, mentored campus employment, and guided support for peers offering academic support.
  • Engage students in skill-building opportunities in relation to their role as a student and/or peer leader.
